• 5-Night Stay: Nestled in a casita where the jungle meets the sea.

• Daily Yoga & Pranayama: Led by Inward Bound's Jamie, Lauren, & Leah. Expect an invigorating morning Hatha or Vinyasa practice and a restoring evening Gentle or Yin practice. 

• Energy Healing: Each asana practice will include Pranic Healing and/or Reiki by Jamie, Lauren, or Leah during extended savasana.

• Sound Bath: Attune yourself to healing vibrations led by a local Costa Rican sound healer.

• Cacao Ceremony: A heart-opening experience guided by a local Costa Rican facilitator.

• Nightly Gathering Circle: Reflect on each day together with evening satsung.

• Private Massage: One, 60-minute session included.
