Join Kathryn as she covers everything you need to know about the importance of pelvic floor muscles to your everyday life. No matter your age or life phase, understanding and strengthening these deep core muscles is crucial for everyone. In this session you'll learn: the basics of pelvic floor function, how to improve strength and flexibility in these muscles, and tips for integrating pelvic floor activation into your everyday movements and strength training. You'll leave having gained valuable insights into maintaining your pelvic health, enhancing your training, and improving your well-being!

Kathryn Reber, PT, DPT graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She is a pelvic floor specialist and also treat orthopedic conditions for men and women. The pelvic health conditions she treats range from issues related to pelvic pain, urinary/fecal incontinence, core weakness, diastasis recti, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, bowel dysfunction, constipation, pregnancy, post-partum, etc. She treats at Kinetic in West Chester, PA and is certified in pelvic floor therapy through the Herman and Wallace Institute for Pelvic Health rehabilitation.
