Beginner Yoga Series with Lorraine

Sundays, February 9, 16, 23: 1-2:30 pm

This 3-week Beginner Yoga Series is designed for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their foundational skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each class introduces basic poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness practices to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.

Lorraine will guide you step-by-step, offering modifications to suit all body types and fitness levels. By the end of the series, you'll feel more comfortable in your practice and more confident in any of our group classes.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a gentle way to improve your overall well-being, this series is the perfect place to start your journey.

No prior experience or special equipment is needed - just bring your yoga mat (or borrow one of ours), comfortable clothing (layers are always nice), and an open mind. Also, consider eating a nourishing breakfast before class and plan on eating a later lunch after class. Yoga's best on an empty stomach :)
