About our studio space

Inward Bound offers a diverse array of yoga classes for "every body."  Our small, boutique studio is cozy, offering space for up to 10 yogis.

We hope to help you find the comfortable, safe space you're looking for to meet your yogic journey's needs. 

 

There is Vinyasa for strength building, Hatha for alignment and breath work (also great for beginners!), Yin to bring balance to your busy days, and supported Restorative to promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Join us on Sundays for an exploration in Meditation practices. First Sundays offer Hatha followed by a 30 minute Meditation with Nadine.  Join Christie for her Unity Meditation on Third Sundays featuring her light language singing.  Finally, fourth Sundays, enjoy Hatha followed by Kirtan with Lenny, a call and respond chanting meditation.
