Kids Yoga

Inward Bound was born from our intention to offer mindfulness education to kids, as a way to help them cope with the unique pressures that being a young person in the world today presents. Learning tools to manage stress, anxiety, social pressures, relationship changes and other life challenges is crucial to living as joyful a life possible. Establishing a solid foundation early can empower them with the skills to treat themselves (and others!) better.
